


I now know why kids are so lean. They have to burn 5000 calories a day and it is next to impossible to eat that much. We were at a State park in Iowa last night and we got there right before dinner and spent an hour of hard running for Ultimate freebie and then we ate. Normally as adults we would sit around and chat; not kids. We then spend an hour of planning tag and then a three mile climb. I am starting to think that I might actually get faster with kids around. Oh did I mention the 3 hours at the lake running of the dock. Forget cross fit, try to keep up with your kids. Of course most parents dont try to keep up with the kids hence the BMI problem
