I have not had a lot of time work cf work outs, today I did 200 sit ups, 200 push ups, and 100 air
squats. I have along way to go to do
murph which is 1 mile run 200 pull ups 200 push ups 300 air
squats and a one mile run. I think that is something that I can shoot for
Let me know when you want to do the 'Murph'.
