Josh talked me into this and said that I just need to get over the fear of going over the handle bars on my mtn bike. I did just that in addtion to climbing to 12,500 on Red Moutiain from 10,500 we rode down Peaks trail from the base of peak 8 to frisco. Basically its an advanced(for me) down hill single track ride.
