I was meeting with a perspective client and he said the following-
"Inflation goes by the year not by the decade" -Bennett Greenspan.
Bennett said this when we were talking about the fact that rents on apartments should go up every year not once every ten years.

The above pic is taken inside a C-17 transport aircraft when I was on JCOC. People ask me what it was like. Its was like flying in a two story warehouse at 30,000 feet with the heat off.
