Ok Its official I love African food. Last night we went to a traditional African restaurant and that actually had a vegetarian dish. I am not sure what exactly it had. I know for sure it was fried plantus(sp?), which is like a banana but not sweet. Something like couscous but not, and some other veggies. Here is a pic. Mom and lisa would have loved the resturant becasue of all the art they had there.
I did a pretty good job staying on the zone while I was gone. Day 7 no sugar gone. I set a personal best the other night with 70 push ups without stopping
